On Monday, 4th of March we proudly opened our doors for the second edition of our Exlusive Shopping Event. Divided into different time slots, our customers could enjoy a unique shopping experience, while enjoying refreshing drinks and delicious snacks provided by Liefsdekok.

In addition, our visitors were invited for a special tour of our showroom where they had the chance to discover our latest Autumn/Winter 24-25 collection and order directly. Throughout the day, our specialists were on hand to provide personal advice and answer any questions. Thanks to the photo booth, customers could not only enjoy the latest collections and trends, but also create a lasting memory. We will be savoring the memories for a long time!

We are delighted to look back on a successful day, filled with inspiration. The positive reactions and enthusiastic feedback from our customers made the event extra special. We are so proud of our team for the warm welcome they gave each customer and the enthusiasm to make the event an unforgettable experience.

Charming bouquets

Summer is the season of excitement and celebration. Where we love to enjoy blue skies, sunshine and tropical vibes around us. What better way to do just that than with a colorful bouquet of everlasting flowers? When creating your own bouquet it’s all about putting the right stems and flowers together to create a grand total.

Let us show you how to create your own in a couple of easy steps:

  1. 1. Lay your flowers and leaves out in front of you. Choose either typical Summer flowers, or your personal favorites for the season. Fold them into the perfect shape to add a little volume. Then choose your favorite vase.
  2. 2. Now take the leaves and fold them to create the perfect base for your bouquet.
  3. 3. Continue to add flowers to your base, crisscrossing them over the previous flowers. Repeat this process with all your flowers.
  4. 4. Last but not least, twist and turn the flowers, and arrange if and where necessary. Once you have finished, wrap the stems with a chord, thread or ribbon of your choice to ensure your bouquet retain its form.

Are you a plant lover and is your entire interior full of these green beauties, leaving you no room to expand your collection? Or do you simply not have the space to put your plants on the ground? Don’t worry, Emerald has the solution for you!

Hangplants

Our artificial hanging plants are indistinguishable from the real thing and have a bright green color that suits any setting. Don’t have a green thumb? Hang in there! These beautiful plants are maintenance-free and retain their beautiful color all year-round. In addition, they create depth and a sense of tranquility any bathroom, kitchen or bedroom.

How to hang the plants?

The plants are perfect for indoor use, and you can give them a place in your interior in two ways:

  1. To hang them indoors, you need a hook that you can attach to the ceiling that is suitable to support the weight of your plant. It is important to place the plant in a pot with strings so that the plant hangs nicely. For an extra playful effect, you can even hang several hanging plants together or combine them with hanging lights and rope at different heights. Go wild and create your own urban jungle!
  2. You can also create some height with your plants in a different way. Put the plant on a cupboard, kitchen shelf or wall shelf. Choose your favorite pot and give the plant a nice spot in your interior.

Perfect Spring tables

In springtime we love to invite guests over for a lunch or dinner in the weekends.

Normally the dining table and chairs are the leading characters in any dining area. Why not turn an ordinary setting into something to remember? Including some plants or flowers in the table setting can effordlessly make everything come to life and pull the whole room together. Shapes, colours and different sizes help you to show your personality in a creative way.

Either go with seasonal coolurs and flowers, or choose for green plants and leaves if you want to go for a calmer look. They can be used to create a center piece, but will also look great divided over a couple of vases, or paired with your cutlery.

Our tips to help you getting started:

– Try to repeat shapes and colours, but still keep a balanced contrast.

– Make sure to have some variations in the height of the stems and flowers to create depth.

– Match the shape of your creation to the shape on the table; center pieces are great for round, smaller tables, whereas a more spread-out creation might be better suitable for a larger rectangular table.

– A neutral backdrop will make the colour of your creation pop out even more.

Trends – they come and go every season of each year. Staying on top of them, might feel like a tough job at times. Don’t worry, team Emerald is here to help. Trends can be found in the use of materials, textures, lifestyles and colors. This Spring season one of the main trends is the choice of color. Lots of lifestyle and fashion brands, and even in the food industry you’ll see different brands share their favorite color codes for this season in their communications. This spring you can either go all out with dreamy pastels, or keep it classy by picking some nice neutral tones. Plenty of choice for everyone.

Powerful pastels

If we are sure about one thing, it’s that pastels are here to stay. These soft, beautiful shades are featured in some of our flowers and plants and look great in every room. But also a pastel colored vase and a more expressive stem or flower can be combined to form the perfect pair.

Simplicity is key

Opposed to those pastel tones, another trend is going back to basic. There has always been an unlimited love for neutrals. Who does not love peace and tranquility surrounding them? Find a perfect nude or earth toned vase and select one of our lush green plants to create your won oasis of serenity! Fancy a little extra?
